At Sharara Readymade Gar. Trading LLC, we specialize in custom-made uniforms and apparel tailored to client requirements. This policy outlines how orders, customization, and production are handled.
1. Order Process
All orders are processed through direct communication and consultation.
The general process includes:
- Requirement discussion
- Design and customization details
- Quotation and agreement
- Order confirmation
- Production and delivery
Orders are considered confirmed only after mutual agreement on all specifications.
2. Customization & Design
Most of our products are made-to-order based on client specifications.
Customization may include: Fabric selection, Colors and sizing, Logo printing or embroidery, Design modifications.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details before production begins.
3. Approval & Production
Production will only begin after:
- Final design approval
- Confirmation of order details
- Agreement on pricing and timelines
Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
4. Changes & Cancellations
- Any changes requested before production will be accommodated where possible
- Changes after production begins may not be accepted
- Cancellation of confirmed orders may not be possible once production has started
We recommend reviewing all details carefully before final approval.
5. Product Variations
As all items are custom-made:
- Minor variations in color, fabric, or finish may occur
- Actual products may differ slightly from images or samples
These variations are a natural part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.
6. Minimum Order Quantities
Certain products or customizations may be subject to minimum order quantities. These will be communicated during the quotation process.
7. Quality Assurance
We strive to maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all products.
If there are any concerns regarding quality or defects, clients are encouraged to contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

All order-related communication, including approvals and changes, should be clearly documented through email or agreed communication channels to avoid misunderstandings.
